Donskoy monastery

The man's monastery based in 1591. In 1812 Donskoy monastery have plundered by the Frenchmen, but the most valuable things have been taken in advance out to Vologda. The monastery was restored with support of the ataman of the Army Don Platov. After 1917 Donskoy monastery has been closed.
